If I get stuck I will follow up your suggestion. Thanks for the offer to troubleshoot re Reaper Stash. Dont forget to patch another two Omnisphere.dll files, theyre mandatory located in C:ProgramDataSpectrasonicsplug-ins and C:ProgramDataSpectrasonicsplug-ins64bit Thanks For Watching If You Liked It Hit That Like Button and Be Sure to Subscribe. I have emailed the latter to see what they think. Once it accepts the license, the issue does not happen. Question is whether it is Reaper or Spectra. This is exactly the same procedure for all the VSTi's as one would expect so I think it must be Omnisphere specific. My procedure and settings are as follows.Ĭhoose Omnisphere (one track and not the additional tracks as there is no point at this stage) I cannot see why Omnisphere would be any different to EWQL Play in terms of setup and EWQL Play is just fine. The problem is between my keyboard and Reaper. What is interesting is that both the virtual keyboard and the midi editor are OK with monitoring and recording/playback. When I start a recording on the Omnisphere track, although there is no monitor sound, it does actually record the midi input but equally with no sound on playback. Yes, there is just a single skinny midi signal and no fat audio. Yes, you've guessed it, I'm one of those fairy musician types. I am also not great on the technical side. Let me assure you I am definitely a newbie on Reaper being a Cubase defector.
